Meet Hishi
Hishi Lama is a former professional footballer who competed in Canada and the United Kingdom. Today he serves as an active scout for Swansea City Football Club, meaning he sits inside the professional game every single week. He knows exactly what clubs are looking for and has used those connections to help players secure trials and signings at top professional academies across the UK and Europe. Holding a BSc in Sports Development from Cardiff Metropolitan University and an MSc in International Sport Management from Northumbria University — where he earned a prestigious Football Athlete Scholarship — Hishi brings elite-level knowledge to every single session.
